Samsung Washer / Dryer Model Location
Front load washers or dryers
• Front door area: Usually, the model and serial numbers are located around the front door of the appliance. Open the door and check the frame or the area near the door seal.
• Back of the appliance: If you don’t find the numbers near the front door, they should be on a label at the back or side of the unit. You might need to move the appliance slightly to access this area.
Top load washers or dryers
• Back of the appliance: For top-loading models, Samsung typically places the model and serial numbers on a label at the back of the washer or dryer. Ensure the area is well-lit and you may need to use a flashlight for better visibility.
Model Number Locations

Refrigerators
- Location: Inside the refrigerator, on the left or right wall. Some Whirlpool Refrigerators the model number will be on the top left hand side (you will have to bend down and look up to locate it.
Freezers
- Location: Inside the freezer, on the left or right wall.
Range / Oven
- Location: On the frame when you pull out the bottom drawer or inside the door. (Some models on back of control panel)
Washing Machines
- Location: Inside the door, on the frame or inside the door jamb. Samsung and LG are typically on back of control panel, back or side of machine.
Dishwashers
- Location: Inside the door, on the frame or inside the door jamb.
